Resignation Of Director

The Board of Directors of Sunningdale Precision Industries Ltd ("Sunningdale" or "the Group") wishes to announce that Mr Loi Peng Kiong, Henry has resigned as Director, Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Group on 25 February 2004.

Mr Loi has resigned on his own accord to pursue his personal interests.The Board of Directors wishes to record its appreciation to Mr Loi for his services to the Group and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
