Resignation Of Director

Further to the announcement made earlier (MASNET No. 150 of 26.02.2004, Announcement No. 150) the Board of Directors of Sunningdale Precision Industries Ltd ("Sunningdale" or "the Group") wishes to inform that Mr Loi Peng Kiong, Henry has resigned as Director, Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Group on 25 February 2004 and that his last day with the Group will be 8 May 2004.
