Appointment And Resignation Of Directors

The Board of Directors of Sunningdale Precision Industries Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce the following:

(i) The appointment of Ms Julie Nguyen Brown as Director of the Company with effect from 23 March 2004.

The details and declaration of Ms Julie Nguyen Brown as required under Rule 704(7) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited are contained in a separate announcement made today.

(ii) The resignation of Mr Michael T. Heneka as Director of the Company with effect from 23 March 2004.
