Notice Of Books Closure

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of Sunningdale Precision Industries Ltd (the "Company") will be closed from 3 May 2005 to 4 May 2005 (both dates inclusive) to determine shareholders' entitlement to the final dividend of 1 cent per share less income tax for the year ended 31 December 2004.

Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Lim Associates (Pte) Ltd, 10 Collyer Quay #19-08 Ocean Building, Singapore 049315 up to 5:00 p.m. on 29 April 2005 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlement to the said dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares at 5:00 p.m. on 29 April 2005 will be entitled to the proposed dividend.

Payment of the dividend, if approved by the members at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 21 April 2005, will be made on 20 May 2005.
