Resignation Of Chief Technology Officer

The Board of Directors of Sunningdale Tech Ltd wishes to announce the resignation of Mr. Neo Age Seng as the Chief Technology Officer effective from 31 January 2006. Mr. Neo will also cease to be the Alternate Director to Mr. Steven Uhlmann on this date.

The Board would like to express their appreciation to Mr Neo for his past services and contributions to the Company and the Group and wish him success in his future endeavours.
