Change Of Financial Year End

The Board of Directors wishes to announce the change of its financial year end from 30 June to 31 December.

Consequently, the next financial year will cover a period of 6 months from 1 July 2005 to
31 December 2005.

In view of the above, the Company will be releasing its full year results for the period of 6 months from 1 July 2005 to 31 December 2005 latest by 28 February 2006, in accordance with Rule 705 of the SGX-ST Listing Manual.

In accordance with the SGX-ST listing rules, the Company will hold its Annual General Meeting on or before 30 April 2006.
